We stayed here for 6 nights, Lee Anne is so kind. You'll find everything you need inside the room in a very nice location. Definitely a good choice.

I have lived here for almost two years and I have had a really good time being here. Can't beat the location and this little sectioned off neighborhood in capitol hill is pretty chill. I see a lot of the negative reviews below and understand them. When I first moved in, the building was bought and renovation began. The renovations were extremely frustrating at first and they did take a while, but they really do make the place look a lot better and they are pretty much done. They are about to open a roof top with a BBQ, awesome yard furniture, and an outdoor fireplace. The management has also always been really great. The maintenance guy is super nice and takes care of everything immediately. The rental staff is also super nice and friendly, and they have good coffee that you can stop by and drink everyday if you wanted to. If I wrote this review a year ago, I would give it 3 stars as I was annoyed with the ongoing renovations as well, but the place really does look ten times better than it did when I moved in. I switched from a non renovated unit to a renovated one and it was really a big change for the better. All my friends thought so as well. So if you are someone looking to move in, I'd say its a wonderful place to live. The bad reviews here make sense as the renovations were annoying and sometimes seemed to take way too long, but they are pretty much done and if you move in now you won't have to deal with any of it,. Instead, you will just have a nice place to live with a property management that actually wants to take care of your apartment and building. Parking could be cheaper though. Overall I give 4.5 stars but had to round up to 5 due to the rating system. Knocked .5 off due to expensive parking and renovation taking too long at times (which like I mentioned, isn't an issue anymore)

Apartments are fitted with everything you'd need in any living situation. It's like a home away from home. Lee-Anne is an amazing host and so friendly! Our apartment is safe and spacious. Best stay ever!

What you see is what you get. Great value for the amount of amenities. We're so happy to have elevator, secure parking, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Manager Caleb is awesome, responsive, and caring, but everyone else we have interacted with has been helpful too. Every work order we've submitted has been responded to within two days, sometimes instantly. In the past year the community has made many improvements, they've expanded the gym and added a secure package locker room with automated notifications. I see so many poor reviews and most of them are blaming things outside managements control, or from people who have never lived in a city before. Anywhere you live with a parking gate is going to get the gate stuck on occasion. Literally every time I've left my car unlocked anywhere in Seattle a prowler will trifle through it- don't leave valuables in your car and don't leave it unlocked and you'll be fine. Why do you even want to have a car if you live in capitol hill?

Lee Ann is one of the most wonderful household ever. The apartment is spacious and well organized. The bed is comfortable.

I just Love this community. It is so clean , location is perfect. Such a cute neighborhood. The manager is truly amazing, kind and very professional. Caleb the manager is on top of everything. He cares and it shows. It is so refreshing to find a person taking their job seriously and with much kindness

I have lived here for a year and a half and have had a great experience here! If I wasn’t leaving Seattle I would have stayed for longer. Above all I was happiest with the location and management. On location - it’s really in the heart of Capitol Hill but a block away from the Main Street so you don’t get a lot of noise. I had great experiences with the management, both the former manager and the current one (Amanda) who is extremely responsive, kind and helpful in addressing my questions. Although the rent did go up slightly after my first year, I was really pleased to find out that when I was moving out (doing a month to month contract after the first year) that they were flexible enough to charge a per diem rate rather than the whole month during my last month. I never had any issues with appliances. I also loved the package concierge service which was offered, which meant my packages came to a secure locker. I’d definitely recommend living here!
